FAQ

Your order updates live on the page, so we recommend keeping the order open until the process is complete. Email notifications will also be available soon.

If you sent funds before the order expired and it expires afterward, the swap will complete normally. If you send to an order that is already expired, the transaction will not be completed and your payment will be automatically refunded to the refund address you provided.

Fees start at 0.4% and may vary slightly. You can always view the exact rate before creating an exchange. Any pair that includes Monero (XMR) has a fee of 2%.

If a swap or order fails, is delayed, or completes incorrectly due to technical issues, third-party providers, or network conditions, users agree to wait for an official update. Resolution times may vary and depend on external providers and blockchain networks; however, users will always be issued a refund if an order cannot be successfully completed.

PGP verification

Every order is signed by LizardSwap. Download order.asc from your order page and verify it with any PGP tool you like.

Import our public key once

Use the public key link here or from the order modal.

Verify with any PGP tool

GPG is common, but any PGP-compatible verifier works.
